Opportunities to achieve tax savings and liability protection benefits can be available for business which choose to operate as a corporation or a Limited Liability Company (LLC).  I have advised over 400 small to medium-sized business about the proper entity choice, and worked with them throughout the complete process of creating either a corporation or an LLC.

I am also available to serve as the Resident Agent for corporations and LLCs doing business within the State of Indiana, and, in addition, provide the optional services of preparing and filing the Business Entity Reports required by the Indiana Secretary of State, as well as compiling the corporate Annual Meeting minutes required by state law.
